Jessica started at EAMC in 2006 after graduating from Gwinnett Tech with an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology. She is a Monroe, GA native and currently resides there with her husband and two young sons. Also demanding her attention at home is Othello, a six-year-old Domestic shorthair. She is currently pulling duties in office management. In her spare time Jessica enjoys baking and travel. She loves the family feel at Eastside.

Rayne joined our team in June 2017 as a Registered Technician newly graduated from Gwinnett Technical College. Rayne is originally from Paucarpata, Arequipa, Peru, and now resides in Dacula. In her spare time, Rayne enjoys working out, outdoor activities, and sleep.  She has a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix named Belia. She was recently hired on a Disney production - look for her on the big screen soon!

Stacey has been employed at EAMC since May of 2015, and has recently earned her Registered Veterinary Technician degree from Penn Foster. An Atlanta native, Stacey has two Doberman Pinchers, Lex and Aurora, and four cats, Ham, Cheese, Dijon, and little Debbie. She loves the wide variety of cases at Eastside. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys leather crafting, bass guitar, and home repair.

Ellen joined Eastside Animal Medical Center in 2019. She has over 20 years of experience in the veterinary field, having became a registered veterinary technician in 2005. 
Originally from Newnan, Georgia, Ellen now resides in Dacula with her husband, daughter and pets. She is blessed to own dogs, cats, Guinea pigs and horses. In her spare time, Ellen enjoys training, riding and raising her horses.

Jessica is a newcomer to Eastside, and was welcomed in February 2017 as an RVT on the emergency side. She is an Atlanta native and became a registered tech after receiving her Associate’s degree and passing her Boards in 2007. She lives in Atlanta with son Zachary, dogs Cilia, Bianca, and Ciara, and bearded dragon Smaug. Jessica enjoys working in an environment that caters to advanced medicine and top notch care. She has visited all 50 states and Canada, and in addition to traveling, loves concerts and river activities.

Abby joined Eastside Animal Medical Center in January of 2016 as an emergency assistant. Originally from Chicago, Abby now lives in the Atlanta area with husband and children. The rest of her crew include a Siberian Husky named Amaya Bella and a feisty chihuahua mix named Charles and four guinea pigs Mr.Jack, Mr. Stitch, Bruno, and Wybie. Abby transferred to general practice in January of 2017. Outside of work and hanging with family, Abby enjoys watching movies, spending time with her family and is a country music fan.

Alexandra has been a fixture at Eastside since 2008 as a veterinary assistant and general maintenance guru. The Montreal, Quebec native is also a certified AEMT and accomplished equestrienne. She lives in Loganville with Cavalier Summer, feline friends Momma Cat and Inferno, and horses Neon and Patton. Alex enjoys working at Eastside because of the people she works with.

Brittany Lacey has been with Eastside since January of 2019, and has been working as a Veterinary Assistant since 2015. She is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster program to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. She has 5 dogs: a cattle dog mix Remington, a pointer mix Winchester, a French Bulldog Colt, a Pitbull Jojo, and a Basset Hound Lt. Dan. In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her dogs, painting and also trained her own therapy dog, Remington.

Dana is a Georgia native. She grew up in Lawrenceville, and moved to Loganville when she got married. With her husband and 5 year old son, she lives with her cat Beldar Conehead, Pot Bellied Pigs Thomas and Millie, and Penelope the Pittbull Mix. Dana is currently enrolled at Penn Foster to obtain her RVT license, and has been working in the field for 13 years. When she is not working, she enjoys being with family (they are everything to her), gardening, hiking, and netflix!

Daniel started at EAMC in 2018 after coming back home to Georgia after working at vet clinics on the Gulf Coast and in New England.He was born in Athens and currently resides Lawrenceville with his wife, daughter and son. He also lives with a pit mix name Maximus, a Pug named Gimli and a beaded dragon named Raoul Duke. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys cooking, the outdoors, home improvement, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jessica Knauber has been with Eastside Animal Medical Center since 2012, and has been working as a veterinary assistant since 2002. She is currently enrolled at San Juan College to become Registered Veterinary Technician and plans to specialize in Emergency and Critical Care. She resides in Gwinnett County with her husband, 2 boys, 3 cats (Piper, Pancakes, and Waffles), Newfoundland (Sasha), chickens, and turkeys. In her spare time, she can be found in her garden, hiking, and going on adventures with her children.

Johnny was born in Rhode Island and raised in Colorado. He moved to Georgia in 2013 after finishing school to earn his Veterinary Assistant Certification at Pima Community College. Johnny has a one year old Cattle Dog mix and a one year old tortoiseshell cat. He likes to hike, surf, play music, travel, and cook. Johnny intends to go back to school soon to study equine massage.

Jordan has been at EAMC since September 2018. She has been working in the veterinary field since 2012. Originally from the Lawrenceville area, she and her husband recently settled to Loganville  after 9 years of moving around for the Marine Corps with their two children, two dogs and two cats! Jordan enjoys coffee, reading, working out and does photography outside of work. Her favorite thing about working at EAMC is the amazing team and atmosphere aside from helping patients and assisting in client education on pet wellness!

Nichole has been working at EAMC since April, 2018. She is originally from Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, but has been a Georgia's resident since March, 2017. Nichole's future plan is to apply to vet school and specialize in exotic and wild life animals. In her free time she likes to play video games, go to the movies with her friends, and do outdoors activities with her fiance. Her most favorite thing about EAMC is the family feeling her coworkers showed her since day 1.

Nicki has been working at EAMC since March of 2017. Her favorite thing about being a veterinary assistant is the chance to make a difference in the lives of her patients and the clients that come with them. Outside of work, Nicki participates in rescue work to help end family pet homelessness. Nicki resides in a loving home with her husband Giovanni, her two rescued bully dogs, Gypsy and Bubbles, and a fat cat with a whole lot of sass, Mr. Luna Lovegood.

Melissa has been working for Eastside Animal Medical Center since May 2016. She currently lives in Monroe with her husband Pagett and their 3 kids (Taylor, Kayleigh and Christian), 2 dogs (Dee Dee and Chester) and 3 birds (Dasher, Liberty and Midnight). Her favorite thing about working at Eastside is that’s it like home away from home. In her spare time Melissa enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, traveling, camping and movies.

Kristy joined Eastside Animal Medical Center in April of 2018 as an emergency receptionist. She has been working in the veterinary field since 2002. Kristy has also worked in the film industry as an actress. "Alone with Sam", a short film she starred in, even features are very own dog Sampson, who recently passed away. Kristy also has a book published called "A Taste of Moonlight". In her free time, Kristy enjoys writing, painting, hiking, going to the movies, kayaking, paddle boarding, basically any excuse to put her toes in the water or sand.

June has been an active environmentalist and animal advocate her whole life. She graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science, and is happy to help the medical staff in any way so they can spend their time with your pets. June loves her job, happy clients, purring kitties, and wagging tails!

Alita has been an emergency veterinary assistant at EAMC since October 2015. Originally from Warner Robins, GA, she is currently pursuing her degree in Biology at UNG – Gainesville. Alita and husband Randy live with children Eden and Liam, beagle Penny Lane, an orange tabby named Crookshanks, a bearded dragon named Rango, and Skye, a neon blue Glo Fish. Alita loves hiking, camping, watching movies, and reading. Recently, Alita has been given the position of Client Services Coordinator. Alita loves the teamwork at Eastside, and works tirelessly behind the scenes making sure our clients and patients receive excellent service before, during, and after their visits.

Lauren is currently a student in her second year of the Veterinary Technology program.

She is originally from Puerto Rico but grew up here in Georgia. She has always had a passion for animals since she was a little girl.

In her spare time, when she’s not studying, she loves to take out and spoil her Cocker Spaniel (Dudley), Dachshund-Chihuahua (Dixie), and her mini Schnauzer-Poodle (Sunni). She is very excited to graduate and move forward in her career in Veterinary medicine!

One of our front desk receptionists as well as training to become a veterinary assistant here at Eastside Animal Medical Center. Andrew is a student of the Penn Foster Veterinarian technician Program. He is studying to become a registered veterinarian technician.

He also does volunteer work in the wildlife community. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys listening to different types of music, learning all he can about wildlife, and spending time with friends and family.
